Audley Capital Management Limited ("Audley") has previously taken advantage of the exemption applicable to fund managers contained in DTR
5.1.5(1)(a). However, on 16 July 2008 Audley became aware that this exemption did not apply to it.
Accordingly, Audley is making this disclosure to
ensure that the market is informed of the most recent relevant threshold that Audley has crossed.
 
Audley notes that it made a notification on 11 January 2008 when it passed the 5% threshold.
 
For completeness, Audley notes that it crossed the 6% threshold on 18 March 2008 and the 7% threshold on 29 May 2008.
